Services
Three kinds of work, all quoted per job at a fixed price, and all shown to you running before you pay.
New programs
Written from scratch to your brief. Send a drawing along with the requirement and the routine gets built around how you actually work, not a generic assumption.
Upgrades to existing programs
Already have a routine that does most of what you need? It can be extended with the functionality that’s missing, without starting again.
Repairs
A utility that used to work and doesn’t any more — after an AutoCAD® version change, or an edit nobody can trace. Diagnosed and fixed.
Ninety days to tell us it’s wrong
You watch your routine working before you pay. If, once you’re using it, it doesn’t do what you saw it do — tell us any time in the next 90 days and we’ll put it right at no charge.
Ninety days is a long warranty for software written to order. We offer it because we’d rather you took your time satisfying yourself the thing works in real use than felt rushed into signing it off.
The full warranty, and what it doesn’t cover, is set out in our terms and conditions.
Getting started
Send the requirement and a representative drawing. You’ll get a straight answer on whether it’s achievable, then a fixed price. You see the finished routine running on video before any payment is due.
A note on source files. Upgrades and repairs both work from source, so we’ll need the .lsp. If all you have is a compiled .fas or .vlx, get in touch anyway — compiled routines can’t be edited, so it’s usually a rewrite rather than a repair. We’ll tell you straight which one you’re looking at.
